1400 Independence Ave., SW Stop 1042 Washington. DC 20250-1042	The Marketing Operations Staff is currently working with FAS= computer programming staff to revise the FMD Activity Status report. The revised report will provide approved budget and expenditure data in one report. (We recently completed this task for the MAP program). Until this task is completed, cooperators will receive separate reports for approved budget and expenditure data. In addition, MOS has received several calls concerning the discrepancy between the cost categories shown on the current Activity Status report and the cost categories used for the web claims. In most cases, the cost categories shown on the Activity Status Report contain a one or two-digit number which indicates the program year. Please disregard this number when submitting reimbursement claims and use the cost categories shown in these two tables. We hope to have this issue resolved in the very near future. We appreciate your patience as we remedy these reporting glitches. In the meantime, please contact us if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
