BACKGROUND: | Cooperators and Participants were informed via program notices FMD98014 and MAP98018 dated November 16, 1998 of the new format for End-of-Year (EOY) contribution reports. The most significant changes included the adoption of cost categories, the elimination of cost codes, and the elimination of the requirement to report foreign third party contributions for both programs. | |
| ACTION: | MOS has received numerous EOY reports that do not contain the correct information. Please review the attached program notices and submit your EOY Report with the required information. You may also view the EOY formats at these websites-http://www.fas.usda.gov/mos/programs/fnotice.html and http://www.fas.usda.gov/mos/programs/mnotice.html. | ||
Please note all FMD EOY contribution reports for program year 1999 are due January 31, 2000 and MAP EOY contribution reports for program year 1998 are due six months after the close of the activity plan year. |
