End-of-Year Contribution Reports All FMD Cooperators |

Background: | The Marketing Operations Staff (MOS) recently issued program notice #98005 which identified a number of Cooperators and MAP participants that had not submitted their End-of-Year (EOY) contribution reports within the prescribed deadlines. We were informed by several of the organizations named in this notice that they had submitted this report to FAS. |
| Issue: | There is an apparent need to clarify the procedures for submitting EOY contribution reports to ensure that they are properly accounted for and received in MOS by the prescribed deadline. | |
| Policy: | All EOY contribution reports must be submitted directly to MOS with a copy to the appropriate commodity division. MOS is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting the information in the EOY reports. | |
