20250-1042		 ISSUE: The Marketing Operations Staff (MOS) has received a number of inquiries from Cooperators and Participants requesting clarification on the applicability of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, AAudits of Institutions of Higher Education and Other Nonprofit Institutions@, to the MAP and FMD Programs.

FAS continues to operate under the legal opinion of the Office of the General Counsel that OMB Circular A-133 is not applicable to the MAP and FMD Programs.

You will be notified of any changes to this policy which may result from subsequent interpretations of its applicability.
