BACKGROUND: | Cooperator program guidelines and MAP regulations require each program participant to submit End-Of-Year (EOY) contribution reports. Under the FMD program, EOY reports are due no later than January 31 following the end of the marketing plan year (11 FASG 301.2(a)). In the case of the MAP, EOY reports are due no later than 6 months after the end of a participant=s activity plan year (7 CFR 1485.20.(b)(1)). Any organization which enters into a program agreement with FAS or CCC accepts all term and conditions contained in the program agreement as well as any approval letters, amendments, and applicable guidelines and regulations. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in 11 FASG or 7 CFR 1485 and other related program documents may result in suspension of expense claims, termination of the program agreement or any other remedy available to FAS or CCC. |
| ACTION: | Effective as of the date of this notice, FAS will suspend payment of expenses for any program participant for which EOY contribution reports have not been received in the Marketing Operations Staff by the required due date(s). | |
