Enclosed is the 1999 General Schedule for U.S. government employees. This schedule does not include any locality payment and, therefore, should be used by all Cooperators and MAP Participants to calculate allowable rates for employees, contractors and consultants. The 1999 annual rate for a GS-15 step 10 is $97,201 which equates to an hourly rate of $46.57 and a maximum daily gross salary of $372.56.
