On-line Participant Contribution Report
The on-line Participant Contribution Report is a quick and easy method to submit end-of-year contribution data. Participants no longer will have to mail paper copies of their contribution reports to the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS). To access the on-line Participant Contribution Report, go to the website http://www.fas.usda.gov/cooperators.html. Enter your ID and UES application password. Note: your UES application password is NOT the same as your expense claim password. If you do not have an ID and password contact the Marketing Operations Staff (MOS) on (202) 720-4327 and a password and ID will be provided to you.

Click on the hyperlink labeled "Contributions" |

Step 2 |
Click on the down arrow to the right of the drop down boxes labeled Program Year and Program. Select your program year and name of the program respectively. |

Step 3 |
Program contributions are listed by contribution type and corresponding cost category. Click on the data cell of the program contribution type and program cost category of your choice and enter a dollar amount. Click on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the screen to save your data. The internet-based system will automatically total the contribution data by contribution type and cost category. |

Step 4 |
To submit your contribution report to FAS, click on the Submit button located at the bottom of the screen in the area labeled "FAS Submittal Options." |
Deleting data: To delete data that has not been previously saved, click on the button labeled "Undo Changes" located in the area labeled "Contribution Save Options". If data has been previously saved, edit the appropriate data cell and click on the Save button. Data in the cell will be overwritten.
