What's New in EMP for 2006?

• All applicants must include a Dun & Bradstreet (federal D-U-N-S) number (details in the announcement) in their application, one number per applicant regardless of the number of proposals submitted.

• Limit on fees for consulting and other professional services for 2006 is $456.00 per day.

• Guidance on qualifying emerging market countries is contained in this year's application announcement.
