- The April 2012 issue of this report will incorporate summary information of all transactions in the Sugar Re-export Program, including aggregate beginning and ending balances of license holders.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 8771 of December 29, 2011, the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) was modified on February 3, 2012. Imports of raw cane sugar are now classified under HTS 1701.13 and 1701.14 instead of the old code HTS 1701.11.
