- Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 8771 of December 29, 2011, the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) will be modified in 2012. Beginning on February 3, 2012, imports of raw cane sugar will be classified under HTS 1701.13 and 1701.14 instead of the old code HTS 1701.11.
