ACTION: Notice.
Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department
of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service,
intends to grant to Microsemi Corporation of
Irvine, California, an exclusive license to U.S.
Patent No. 7,135,871,
Soil Moisture Sensor, issued on November 14,
2006.
