ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On March 2, 1999, the President, Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) determined that 20,000 metric tons of non-fortified nonfat dry milk in 25 kg domestic commercially-marked bags be made available for donation overseas under section 416(b) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, during fiscal year 1999. This determination increases the amount of non-fortified nonfat dry milk available for donation overseas under section 416(b) during fiscal year 1999 to 29,500 metric tons. In addition, the President, CCC, determined that 400,000 metric tons of wheat in CCC inventory as a result of marketing assistance loan forfeitures are available for donation overseas under section 416(b). The availability is in addition to and will complement the use of the 5,000,000 metrics tons of wheat currently being purchased under section 5(d) of the CCC Charter Act.
