Currently, FAS’ FMMI Grantor module,
the means through which FAS will now
manage non-food aid grants and
agreements, generates both a Notice of
Award (NOA) and an Award document. The
totality of any agreement between FAS
and the recipient/cooperator is
comprised of several components,
including the NOA, Award document, and
the project narrative (FAS Project
Description form or similarly named
document that captures the party’s
performance obligations). Both the NOA
and the Award document contain GT&Cs.
