International: Thai quotes are up $5 from last month to $326 per ton, FOB, on account of the strong Baht. Nominal quotes out of Vietnam are at $303 per ton, FOB despite a continued ban on commercial exports.

Domestic: U.S. #2/4 long grain milled rice quotes are down $6 from last month to $428 per ton, FOB. So even though the spread between U.S. and Thai quotes has narrowed by $11, it is still about $102 per ton compared to $64 per ton this time last year. California medium grain #1/4 prices are down from last month at $535 per ton, FOB.
