Commodity Credit Corporation's (CCC) FY 1999 GSM-102 and Supplier Credit Guarantee Programs Summary

Exporters may apply for credit guarantees on a first-come, first-served basis to cover sales of any of the commodities specified in the GSM list of commodities published in FAS program announcement PR 0434-98, issued Sept. 8, 1998, or as superseded. The latest commodity program announcement can be obtained by accessing the FAS home page at http://www.fas.usda.gov. Coverage up to 98 percent of the principal is offered for solid wood products, wood pulp, and wood chips on credit terms of up to 720 days. Below are the countries where coverage is available for wood products. The total guarantees and sales registrations reflect all commodities programmed including wood products.
