Guidelines for submitting Tenders and Awards

Please send Tender and Award emails to 2-TL@fas.usda.gov   

Font: Arial 12 pt

Prefer attachment as Notepad (under accessories)

No tabs, indents, or other commands. 

Everything should start on the left margin

At the top of the tender, please put the information that  will be used for posting.

Example: USDA Number  Country Agent PVO Program

Please use something like below:

Commodity:
MT :
Pack Size:
Load Port:
Date at US Port::
Discharge Port:
Owner/Carrier:
Vessel/Flag:
Booked Rate/GMT: $ GMT Ocean $ /Other $
