COMMODITY SPECIFICATION
SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE
The soy protein isolate shall conform in every respect to the provisions of the
"Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act," as amended, and the regulations
promulgated there under, including any Defect Action Level guidelines issued by
the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which may be applicable to soy protein
isolate.
This product may also be fortified with various micronutrients and minerals.
The soy protein isolate shall conform to the following specifications:
