COMMODITY SPECIFICATION
BUCKWHEAT GROATS
The buckwheat groats shall be prepared from the buckwheat
fruit, by separating buckwheat kernels from shells. The buckwheat groats
shall have a pleasantly sweet taste, not sour or bitter, and meet the following
analytical requirements.

Packaging
2 pound plastic bags, 4 pound plastic bags, or 50-kilogram woven polypropylene
bags
