COMMODITY SPECIFICATION
BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
(Supreme)
The buckwheat flour shall be prepared from the buckwheat fruit, in which the
hull has been largely incorporated. The buckwheat flour shall have a
acidic buckwheat taste, be free flowing, free of caked lumps, and meet the
following analytical requirements.

The buckwheat flour shall conform to the following detailed chemical and
physical requirements:
