COMMODITY SPECIFICATION
BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
(Light)
The light buckwheat flour shall be prepared from the
buckwheat fruit, in which the hull has been removed. The light buckwheat
flour shall be free flowing, free of caked lumps, and meet the following
analytical requirements.

The light buckwheat flour shall conform to the following detailed chemical and
physical requirements:
