Export Credit Guarantee Programs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture administers export credit guarantee programs for commercial financing of U.S. agricultural exports. These USDA Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) programs encourage exports to buyers in countries where credit is necessary to maintain or increase U.S. sales, but where financing may not be available without CCC guarantees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Due to expiring funding authority, CCC has ceased accepting new applications under most GSM programs.  However, as new funding authority becomes available, various GSM programs are announced with expiration dates.  Applications will be accepted under these programs.  Exporters are advised to watch the FAS website closely for additional program announcements.
