DAIRY EXPORT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO INVITATION NO. GSM-511A-53

Effective November 18, 2002
On September 17, 2002, Invitation GSM-511A-53 was issued inviting offers for Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) bonuses to facilitate the sale of 757 metric tons of cheese.
This amendment makes available an additional allocation of 1,137 metric tons of cheese.
Accordingly, Invitation GSM 511-53, Paragraph D. Maximum Quantity is hereby amended to read "As specified in paragraph (A) exclusive of tolerances [Sec. 1494.50(a)].
Global Allocation Bid Bonus Option: 1,894 metric tons"
All other terms and conditions of Invitation GSM-511A-53 remain unchanged.
