INVITATION FOR OFFERS TO ACQUIRE A CCC BONUS
UNDER THE
DAIRY EXPORT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO INVITATION NO. GSM-511A- 53

Effective February 28, 2003
On September 17, 2002, Invitation GSM-511A-53 was issued inviting offers for Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) bonuses to facilitate the sale of 757 metric tons of cheese.
On November 18, 2002, amendment one to this Invitation made available an additional 1,137 metric tons of cheese.
This amendment makes available an additional allocation of 1,136 metric tons of cheese.
Accordingly, Invitation GSM-511-53, Paragraph D. Maximum Quantity is hereby amended to read:
"As specified in paragraph (A) exclusive of tolerances [Sec. 1494.50(a)].
Global Allocation Bid Bonus Option: 3,030 metric tons"
All other terms and conditions of Invitation GSM-511A-53 remain unchanged.
