INVITATION FOR OFFERS TO ACQUIRE A CCC BONUS
UNDER THE
DAIRY EXPORT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO INVITATION NO. GSM-511A-52

Effective February 28, 2003
On September 17, 2002, Invitation GSM-511A-52 was issued inviting offers for
Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) bonuses to facilitate the sale of 17,050
metric tons of nonfat dry milk.
On November 18, 2002, amendment one to this Invitation made available an
additional 25,576 metric tons of nonfat dry milk.
This amendment makes
available an additional allocation of 25,575 metric tons of nonfat dry milk.
Accordingly, Invitation
GSM-511-52, Paragraph D. Maximum Quantity is hereby amended to read:
"As specified in paragraph (A) exclusive of tolerances
[Sec. 1494.50(a)].
Global Allocation:
68,201 metric tons"
All other terms and
conditions of Invitation
GSM-511A-52 remain unchanged.
