INVITATION FOR OFFERS TO ACQUIRE A CCC BONUS
UNDER THE
DAIRY EXPORT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO INVITATION NO. GSM-511A-55

On August 15, 2003, Invitation GSM-511A-55 was issued inviting offers for
Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) bonuses to facilitate the sale of 22,733
metric tons of nonfat dry milk.
This amendment makes available an additional allocation of 45,468 metric tons of
nonfat dry milk and amends the expiration date.
Accordingly, Invitation GSM 511-55, Paragraph D. Maximum Quantity is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"D. Maximum Quantity: As specified in paragraph (A) exclusive of tolerances
[Sec.1494.50(a)].
Global Allocation: 68,201 metric tons"
and,
Paragraph O. Expiration Date is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"O. EXPIRATION DATE: June 30, 2004 [Sec. 1494.501(a)] with final submission
of bids on June 29, 2004, unless this Invitation is formally withdrawn by CCC."
All other terms and conditions of Invitation GSM-511A-55 remain unchanged.
