COMMODITY FACT SHEET
The whole buckwheat flour shall be prepared from the buckwheat fruit, in which the hull has been removed. The whole buckwheat flour shall be free flowing, free of caked lumps, and meet the following analytical requirements.

The whole buckwheat flour shall conform to the following detailed chemical and physical requirements:

PACKAGING
The whole buckwheat flour shall be packaged in two pound plastic bags, four pound plastic bags, or 50 kilogram woven polypropylene bags.
