COMMODITY FACT SHEET
The buckwheat groats shall be prepared from the buckwheat fruit, by separating buckwheat kernels from shells. The buckwheat groats shall have a pleasantly sweet taste, not sour or bitter, and meet the following analytical requirements.

1 Mineral admixtures not to exceed 0.05 percent sand, stones, and pieces of soil. Infestation -- 0 percent live pests and maximum more than 15 dead pests per 1 kilogram.
PACKAGING
The buckwheat groats shall be packaged in two pound plastic bags, four pound plastic bags, or 50 kilogram woven polypropylene bags.
