COMMODITY FACT SHEET
The buckwheat grits shall be prepared from the buckwheat fruit, in which the hull has been removed. The buckwheat grits shall meet the following analytical requirements.

The buckwheat grits shall conform to the following detailed chemical and physical requirements:

PACKAGING
The buckwheat grits shall be packaged in two pound plastic bags, four pound plastic bags, or 50 kilogram woven polypropylene bags.
