  • Annex V: FAIS Proposal Entry Instructions (.pdf)

Step 2: Apply on FAIS

• Set up a user account in the Food Aid Information System (FAIS)
• Download templates for submitting applications in FAIS:
  • Budget template (.xls)
  • PMP template (.doc)
  • Past Performance Record Template (.doc)
  • Program RFs (.ppt)
  • SF-424 (.pdf)
  • AD-3030 (.doc)
• Submit an application through FAIS: Access the FY2014 Food for Progress solicitation   
• Make sure you've submitted all required information in FAIS
