• Set up a user account in the Food Aid Information System (FAIS)
• Download templates for submitting applications in FAIS:

  • PMP template (.doc)
  • Program RFs (.ppt)
  • SF-424 (.pdf)
• Submit an application through FAIS
  Access the FY2013 McGovern-Dole solicitation
• Make sure you've submitted all required information in FAIS
