On August 17, 2009 FAS launched the Global Agricultural Trade System (GATS), a new robust on-line U.S. Agricultural Trade System that includes many new features. GATS incorporates U.S. agricultural trade data including official U.S. Trade data (Bureau of the Census), U.S. Customs District trade Data and U.S. State trade data into one environment using data visualization, data analysis and information integration.

IMPORTANT: Please be advised that in November of 2009 GATS will replace the current FAS USTrade internet system. We recommend that you start using and becoming familiar with GATS as soon as possible because in mid-November thecurrent system will no longer be available.
